Well another week has come and gone. My Great niece Emma, spent last week for a holiday from her usual daycare. I can honestly say I am exhausted. She wore me ragged, playing non-stop. But I’m so lucky to have this child in my lie. She brings me such pleasure of watching her discover things. Being three is such an inquisitive age for learning. When her mother was this age, I used to take her for school vacations as well. This time is different, I am older and time is so precious. To have a child of this age in one’s life, is a valuable lesson for all of us. Take time to enjoy the moment, because time changes things rapidly. Savor the day through the eyes of a child, and perhaps we will all learn something from them. Perhaps something we overlooked in our own life.
